    Pre-Program Preparation

    • 1 Week Before: Eliminate caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, reduce smoking, increase water, start probiotics, meditate 10 min/day
    • 3 Days Before: Eat plant-based, avoid sugar/artificial sweeteners, get 7–8 hours sleep, stretch gently
    • Day Before: Eat light, set intentions, mentally prepare
